A: Employees can post their shift for trade within the app. Once another qualified employee accepts, the admin receives a notification to approve or deny the trade, ensuring the roster remains balanced.
Q: Can I export my payroll data?
A: Yes. Navigate to the Reports tab to generate a CSV export of all "Came In" vs. "No Show" data for any custom date range.

Q: How do I generate end-of-year tax statements?
A: Use the "Member Directory" to filter by household. You can then run a "Contribution Report" and export it as a CSV to be used in your preferred mail-merge or accounting software.
Q: Who can see the financial data?
A: Access is strictly role-based. Only users designated as **Admins** or **Secretaries** can view individual donation amounts. **Deacons** can see the calendar and member list but not financial specifics.

Q: I downloaded the game onto a new phone. How do I sync my progress?
A: When asked for a username, enter the same one you used on the original device. The app will text you a code. Enter it, and you're good to go!
Q: What if I didn't enter my phone number?

A: Prestige is awarded for successfully guessing words. It's a measure of your skill and achievement.
Q: How do I upload my own profile image?
A: Unique profile pictures are awarded at certain streak milestones. At 7 days, you also receive the ability to upload your own.

Q: I'm stuck on a level! Any tips?
A: Focus on building chain reactions. Use the **Freeze** power-up to stop fast-moving dots, then use **Duplicate** to increase your collision surface area before tapping. Invest in the **Research Lab** to increase your base explosion size.
Q: How do the leaderboards work?
A: We have Weekly and Permanent leaderboards. Scores are synced to the Google Cloud in realtime. High-physics combos yield higher point multipliers.

Q: My photos aren't showing up. Is my data safe?
A: Milesoft Reveal is **local-first** for private media. We do not upload your photos to any server. If photos aren't appearing, ensure the app has "Read Gallery" permissions in your device settings.
